UK artist James Roper has graced us with another one! And boy is it a doozy. James told us that a saccade is a fast movement of an eye, head or other part of an animals body or device. It can also be a fast shift in frequency of an emitted signal or other quick change. I would say that his newest design of blurred time, subject and motion embodies that definition quite well!
